On September eleventh 2020, Friday, Tabacos Marasca received the visit of the Perfil Energia Administrative Manager, Mr. Daniel Cardoso to succeed the certificate delivery “Perfil energia + limpa” to the company.
The meeting counted with Mr. Inácio Leismann- Administrative and Financial Director, Mr. Carlos Kist- Processing Manager and Mr. Volmir Agnes- Maintenance Manager which received the certificate of Perfil Energia from Caxias do Sul due to Tabacos Marasca not emit, among Abril and December of 2019, 156,814 tCO² and (tons of carbon dioxide equivalent) with the purchase of energy in Ambiente de Contratação Livre (ACL), from renewable sources.
Tabacos Marasca feels honoured about receiving this distinction and proceeds promoting initiatives to preserve and improve the environment through the usage of clean energy in its factory unity.
